How long does it take for your order to arrive?

Depending on where you specify the delivery location to be, delivery times should usually range from 2-7 working days. We only display products on our that are in stock, thus order processing will be immediate. The delivery timelines vary per province, as listed below.

What are my delivery option?

Courier: This is a door-to-door service. This will be done through either of the following courier companies Fastway, Aramex, DSV or TheCourierGuy

Delivery Times: This timeline is only applicable once the parts has left our JHB store (processing of orders take 1-2 working days):

• To Gauteng: 1 – 2 Working Days
• To Main Centres (CTN, DBN, PE): 2 – 3 Working Days
• To Regional Areas: 3 – 5 Working Days
• To Remote Areas: 5 – 7 Working Days

Note: These delivery times are estimations; our large range makes it difficult to guarantee exact delivery times.

Speed services: This is a service completed through the South African post-office. Once the order reaches us, we scan and package the item/s. From there it is sent to your nearest post office. Details on tracking & timing will be included in your delivery notification e-mail.

Postnet to Postnet: This is a service completed through Postnet. Once the order reaches us, we scan and package the item/s. From there it is sent to your chosen Postnet store. Pricing is dependant on the parcel size and weight. Details on tracking & timing will be included in your delivery notification e-mail.

Collect from our Store:  We do offer  an option for you to collect your order from our store in Benoni. Payment needs to be completed online or via EFT prior to collection. We will send you confirmation once your order is ready for collection.

Collection hours: Weekdays 09:00am to 4:30pm 

When do you deliver?

The couriers only deliver on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 08h00 – 17h00.

Do you deliver after hours weekends and public holidays?

Sorry no as our courier companies do not work on these days.
