Are my credit card details safe?

Yes. Its very safe. We use payfast which is a fast and secure online payment platform for all our online transactions. Read how Payfast keeps you and I both secure here.

In addition to this, our security system will create an encrypted connection between our web server and your browser so that all information can be transferred securely. 

What are your banking details?

We take online security very seriously, our banking details will only be provided to you once an order has been confirmed.

Have you received my payment

As soon as your payment reflects in our account you will receive an email confirming this and that the payment has been processed.

How long will my order take to arrive?

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

Call us, Whatsapp Us or email us and one of us will attend to you.

Is there a warranty on the products?

It depends on the brand that you’ve purchased, but in most cases there is a factory warranty from the manufacturer. For more information visit Returns/Refunds page

To qualify for the warranty on the item – the item needs to be installed by a mechanic/work shop that is an accredited member of the RMI. If the fitment is done by non-accredited RMI member, the warranty will be null & void.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Debit cards using payfast on our web portal
  • Credit cards using payfast on our web portal
  • Cheque card using payfast on our web portal
  • Direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer (EFT), in which event you must make payment within 48 hours of placing your order. Note that EFTs take 24-48 hours to clear, only once the funds reflect in our bank account will your order be processed.
